After your website is launched, you can request changes through our support team.
How to Submit a Change Request
- Email info@webdesignhostingsa.co.za with your domain name and a clear description of the change needed
- Alternatively WhatsApp us at +27 83 678 9831
- Provide any new content, images or reference links if relevant
- We will confirm turnaround time based on the scope
Making Your Own Changes
If your site is built on WordPress with Elementor, you can edit most content yourself: log in to WordPress admin > Pages ? edit with Elementor. We can provide a brief training session if needed.
Change Request Tips
- Be as specific as possible about what you want changed
- Include the exact page URL
- Provide new text or images where applicable
